Fundamentals of practice

Basic rack

  • Small square (feet shoulder width apart, the original rack)
  • Large square (Front rider, thighs parallel to the floor)
  • Low square (the position on the shins)
  • Triangle (front leg in the alpha plane and  back leg – in beta plane)


  • Warming triangle. Inhale-exhaledelay.
  • Cooling triangle. Inhale-exhaledelay.
  • Square. Inhale-exhale-delaydelay.
  • Linear breath. Inhale-exhale.
  • Cleansing breath. Shorter breath exhalation.
  • Collecting breath. Long breath exhalation.
